Free Shipping - Complimentary insured shipping on all orders $500 and over. Orders under $500 ship with a small fee.

Processing Time - Orders are processed Wednesday through Saturday. In-stock orders verified before 3:00 PM Pacific ship same day. Processing and payment verification may take 48-72 hours before shipment.

Delivery Timeframes

·        Orders $500+ - Priority Express, 1-3 business days after shipment

·        Orders under $500 - Standard, 2-6 business days after shipment

·        Saturday delivery available for an additional fee of $35-$100 - call to confirm availability

Made-to-Order Items - Ship when complete per your estimated timeline. Not eligible for same day shipping.

Signature Required - Adult signature required on all deliveries.

Discreet Packaging - All orders ship in plain unmarked packaging for your security.

Insurance - All shipments are fully insured for their purchase price.
