Are you an authorized Rolex retailer?
No. Jackson Jewelers is an independent retailer of pre-owned Rolex watches and an independent service provider.
We were an authorized Rolex retailer for over 40 years. Today, we retain an approved Rolex spare parts account, which gives us access to genuine Rolex service components. This parts account does not make us an authorized Rolex retailer.
What types of watches do you sell?
We specialize in pre-owned Rolex watches. Occasionally, we offer pre-owned watches from other brands, but Rolex is the focus of our collection and expertise. We do not carry new watch brands.
Every watch we offer is authenticated and inspected before sale.
How do you authenticate the watches you sell?
Every pre-owned Rolex undergoes a thorough in-house evaluation before it enters our collection. Our team examines its authenticity, functionality, and overall condition.
Our Rolex-trained watchmaker inspects the watch and uses appropriate testing equipment to assess its operation and performance. Any service work we perform on Rolex watches uses genuine Rolex parts.
If a watch does not meet our authenticity and condition standards, we do not offer it for sale. Supporting documentation and available history are provided whenever available.
What if a watch has aftermarket parts?
Occasionally, we acquire a watch with an aftermarket component, such as a bracelet or bezel insert. Before offering it for sale, we replace that component with a genuine Rolex part and clearly disclose the replacement.
A genuine replacement part is not necessarily the watch’s original component. We believe that distinction should be clear when you make your purchase.
Where do you get parts for Rolex service?
We hold an approved Rolex spare parts account directly with Rolex, giving us access to genuine Rolex service components.
Parts availability can vary by model and age. Our team evaluates what is available for each watch.
Who performs your Rolex service work?
Our in-house Rolex-trained watchmaker has over 30 years of experience working with Rolex watches and uses Rolex-recommended tooling.
Most Rolex service work is performed at our Salem location. For certain watches, particularly vintage models, we may recommend a Rolex service facility. We discuss that recommendation with you before sending your watch elsewhere.

Will you authenticate a watch I bought somewhere else?
No. Authentication is part of how we evaluate our own inventory. We do not offer it as a separate service for watches purchased elsewhere.
We also do not authenticate or verify watches for private transactions between other parties. We cannot serve as a meeting location where a buyer and seller have a watch checked before completing a sale.
Where do your pre-owned watches come from?
Our watches come from established clients and a network of reputable sellers and industry partners.
Our decades as an authorized Rolex retailer helped us build longstanding relationships with owners who turn to us when they are ready to sell their watches.
Regardless of the source, every watch must pass our evaluation before it joins our collection.
Are your pre-owned watches covered by a warranty?
Yes. Our pre-owned watches are backed by a Jackson Jewelers limited warranty.
