Ring Sizing at Jackson Jewelers

At Jackson Jewelers, we want every ring to fit perfectly. Here is what you need to know about our ring sizing services.

New Purchases — Free Sizing Within 50 Days

For rings purchased new at Jackson Jewelers, whether in-stock or special order, we will resize your ring at no charge within 50 days of confirmed delivery or pickup. If you are unsure of your size, we are happy to help you find the right fit before or after your purchase.

For in-stock rings, if returning the ring and special ordering the correct size is a better solution than resizing, we are happy to discuss that option with you. Please note this exchange option applies to in-stock rings only — special order and made-to-order rings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size.

Heirloom Rings

We understand that some pieces carry deep personal meaning. Jackson Jewelers accepts heirloom ring sizing on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your piece before bringing it in.

Rings We Are Unable to Size

Not all rings can be resized due to their design or materials. The following are generally not eligible for resizing: eternity bands, rings set with stones around the full circumference, and rings made from alternative metals such as titanium, tantalum, tungsten, or ceramic. Certain engagement ring and men's wedding band designs may also not be eligible depending on their construction. Our team will let you know at the time of consultation.

For alternative metal rings, an exchange for a different size may be available within our 14-day return window for in-stock rings that have not been adjusted or modified by Jackson Jewelers.

Sizing Range

Most rings can be adjusted approximately two sizes up or down. Adjustments beyond that range may not be possible depending on the design, and we may recommend a special order in the correct size instead.

Outside Purchases

Ring sizing at Jackson Jewelers is available for heirloom pieces only — rings that have been passed down through family or hold significant personal history. We do not offer sizing services for rings purchased new from another retailer. If you have an heirloom piece you would like sized, please contact us to discuss your piece before bringing it in.
