Fraud Prevention & Verification Policy
Fraud Prevention & Verification Policy
At Jackson Jewelers, protecting our customers and our business from fraud is a top priority — especially when it comes to high-value purchases such as luxury watches and fine jewelry.
To ensure a safe and secure shopping experience, we have a fraud prevention process in place for all online orders. We reserve the right to delay, cancel, or request additional verification for any order that appears suspicious or does not meet our fraud screening standards.
Orders That May Require Additional Verification:
- High-dollar transactions (e.g., luxury watches, custom pieces, etc.)
- Shipping addresses that differ from billing addresses
- Mismatched customer and cardholder names
- Multiple payment attempts or failed transactions
- Orders flagged by Shopify or other fraud detection tools
If Your Order Is Flagged, You May Be Asked To Provide:
- A government-issued photo ID matching the billing name
- The last four digits of the credit card used for the purchase
- Confirmation of your relationship to the recipient (if shipping to a different name/address)
- A written acknowledgment confirming the shipping address
We understand these steps may feel inconvenient, but they are essential for protecting both our customers and our store from fraudulent activity. Orders that cannot be verified within 24–48 hours of contact may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a secure, trustworthy shopping experience.
