In-Store Pickup (V2)

At Jackson Jewelers, in-store pickup is available for eligible items at our Downtown Salem location. Once your order has been reviewed and prepared by our team, we will contact you directly to confirm your item is ready for pickup. Please do not come in without receiving confirmation from Jackson Jewelers.

Store Hours - Wednesday through Saturday, 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pacific Time. Holiday hours may vary. Please contact us directly for specific holiday availability.

When You Arrive

·        If you worked with a specific sales team member, please ask for them directly.

·        If you did not work with a specific person, let the first available team member know you are here for an in-store pickup.

·        Please have your order confirmation number available if one was provided.

What to Bring

·        A valid government-issued photo ID matching the name on the order — this is required to protect your purchase and ensure your item is released to the correct person.

·        The credit card used to place the order.

·        Your order confirmation number if provided.
