At Jackson Jewelers, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. All Jackson Jewelers fine jewelry is backed by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.

What does the 2-year limited warranty cover?
If your jewelry experiences an issue that appears to be the result of a manufacturing defect, contact us for an evaluation. We may request photographs to assess the issue before proceeding.
Examples of issues that may be covered:
- A small side diamond becoming loose or lost due to an improper setting
- Unexplained discoloration of metal unrelated to chemical exposure
- Cracks in the gallery or shank of a ring with no visible external cause
All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by Jackson Jewelers.
Are center stones covered?
No. Center stones are never covered by Jackson Jewelers, regardless of whether we sold the piece or performed work on the setting. If a center stone comes loose, falls out, or is lost, that's a matter for your jewelry insurance.
Because of the high value and sentimental importance of center stones, we strongly recommend that all clients carry independent jewelry insurance.
What isn't covered by the warranty?
Fine jewelry, particularly rings, is subject to normal wear and tear through daily use. The following aren't covered:
- Metal discoloration caused by exposure to chemicals, makeup, pools, or hot tubs
- Natural wearing of metal and prongs over time
- Prongs bending, catching, or wearing down from regular use
- Gemstone loss resulting from worn or damaged prongs due to everyday wear
- Chipping or fracturing of any stone from external impact or excessive use
- Chains or clasps wearing out from regular use
We strongly recommend having your prongs and settings inspected periodically. Failure to maintain necessary repairs that compromise the integrity of the piece may void the warranty.
Does anything void the warranty?
Yes. Any repairs or services performed by a jeweler other than Jackson Jewelers will void this warranty.
Failure to keep up with necessary maintenance, when that neglect compromises the integrity of the piece, may also void coverage.
What if my issue isn't covered under warranty?
For repairs not covered under the 2-year limited warranty, we'll provide a detailed quote for your approval before any work is performed. If you choose not to proceed, you'll be responsible for return shipping costs.
If a manufacturing defect is identified, the repair or replacement is completed at no charge under the warranty.
How do I send my piece in for a warranty claim?
If you're not local, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label for U.S. customers submitting a warranty claim by mail. Text us at 503-363-5640 to get started and we'll take it from there.
Why do I need insurance if I have a warranty?
They cover different things. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects. It doesn't cover loss, theft, damage, or center stones.
