At Jackson Jewelers, we've partnered with Wells Fargo to offer flexible financing through the Wells Fargo Jewelry Advantage® Program, so you can enjoy your dream piece today while paying over time. We're dedicated to providing the finest quality jewelry at fair prices, and our financing options help make larger purchases more manageable with easy installment plans. All financing is subject to credit approval.

Do you offer financing?
Yes. We've partnered with Wells Fargo to offer financing on qualifying purchases, subject to credit approval.
What are the current financing terms?
We offer two options:
Option 1: 0.00% interest for 12 months, with equal monthly payments. Option 2: 9.99% interest for 36 months, with equal monthly payments.
How do I apply for financing?
You can apply in store digitally, no paperwork required. We can also email you a secure application link to complete before your visit.
Applying for financing in-store?
Easy, we can handle that. We'll provide a digital application device (tablet or computer) to help you start your application process. This is you filling out the application, and Jackson Jewelers can help with any questions you may have along the way.
How do I start my financing application ahead of time or remotely?
Text us at 503-363-5640, or email JacksonJewelers@gmail.com, with the following:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your mailing address
- The item you're wanting to purchase
- The amount you're financing
- Option 1 (12 months, 0% interest) or Option 2 (36 months, 9.99% interest)
From there you should receive an email about starting your application.
Is there a minimum purchase amount for financing?

Who approves financing applications?
All credit decisions are made solely by Wells Fargo. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for the approval or denial of any financing application.
Can financing terms change?
Terms and availability are subject to change. Please contact us for current details before making a purchase decision based on specific terms.
What happens after I submit my financing details?
Once your application is with Wells Fargo, they take it from there. They review your application and may contact you directly by phone or email if they need more information, please keep an eye out for that. They'll approve or deny the requested amount, sometimes for more, sometimes for less, based on your credit history. This decision can happen immediately or take some time.
Jackson Jewelers is not able to advocate for or change any outcome with Wells Fargo, your application is reviewed entirely by them. Wells Fargo handles all account details and communicates those directly with you, we're not able to offer any further financing assistance beyond getting your application started.
What happens after I submit my application to Wells Fargo?
We're notified of your approval or denial and the approved amount, we don't receive your full account details, Wells Fargo manages that directly with you. You'll also get an email from Wells Fargo with your account information, be sure to write down your account number for your own records, it's helpful for looking up your account later. Customers often hear from Wells Fargo first and let us know they've been approved before we've even reached out.
Once we know your approved amount, we'll follow up to confirm the plan you'd like, the amount you want to borrow, and whether you're going with Option 1 or Option 2. From there, you'll either sign digitally in store, or we'll send you another secure link by email to sign remotely. Once that's done, you're all set.
Can you calculate my exact monthly payment?
We're not able to calculate exact payment amounts, that comes from Wells Fargo once your application is approved. We can walk you through the general terms of Option 1 or Option 2, but your specific approved amount, payment schedule, and monthly payment will be confirmed directly by Wells Fargo. If any payment figure is mentioned in this conversation, treat it as a rough estimate for general reference only, not an accurate or guaranteed representation of your actual financing terms.
