Jackson Jewelers - Online & In-Store Orders
At Jackson Jewelers, we provide complimentary insured shipping on all orders over $500.00. Orders placed below $500.00 are shipped with a small fee. All shipments are fully insured for their purchase price and require an adult signature upon delivery. We are committed to ensuring your purchase arrives safely and on time.
Order Processing
Orders can be placed at any time. Jackson Jewelers operates Wednesday through Saturday. Same day shipping applies to in-stock items only. Orders placed on open business days and verified before 3:00 PM Pacific Time will ship same day. Made-to-order items are not eligible for same day shipping. If an item is out of stock, Jackson Jewelers will notify you with corrected shipping timeframes. Orders placed outside of our regular business days will begin processing the following Wednesday upon our return to the office. For special shipping arrangements, please contact us via the chat feature on our website. Please note that processing and payment verification may take up to 48–72 hours before your order is prepared for shipment. This process exists to protect your purchase and ensure secure payment. Processing time is separate from shipping time - your shipping window begins once payment has been verified and your order has been prepared. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping by Order Value
Orders of $500.00 or More - Shipped via our designated carrier Priority Express service at no additional charge. Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 2–5 business days.
Orders Below $500.00 — Shipped via our designated carrier Standard service with a small fee. Delivery typically takes 2–6 business days after shipment.
Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by our designated carrier. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Signature Required
A signature from an adult at the delivery address is required for all deliveries. If no one is available to sign at the time of delivery, our designated carrier will leave a delivery notice and attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the package may be held at a local carrier facility for pickup or returned to Jackson Jewelers. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from missed delivery attempts.
Discreet Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or value of the item inside. This is done for the security of your purchase during transit.
Special Occasion & Saturday Delivery
At Jackson Jewelers, we understand that jewelry and watches are often purchased for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other meaningful milestones. If you need assistance maintaining the element of surprise or would like to arrange delivery on a specific date, please contact us at (503) 363-5640 and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Saturday delivery may be available for eligible locations for an additional fee of $35–$100 based on the value of the item. Saturday delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Please call us to confirm availability before placing your order if Saturday delivery is needed.
Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday periods, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible to ensure timely delivery. Jackson Jewelers cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date during high-volume shipping periods and is not responsible for carrier delays during holidays.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional fees resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Shipments cannot be rerouted once they have left our facility.
Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Shipments
All items are insured against loss, theft, and damage during transit. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or does not arrive, you must report this to Jackson Jewelers within 7 days of receiving your tracking number. Failure to report within this window may affect your ability to file an insurance claim. Jackson Jewelers will work with our designated carrier to initiate an insurance claim on your behalf. Please retain all original packaging and document any visible damage with photographs before contacting us.
Important Notes
Jackson Jewelers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Jackson Jewelers currently ships within the United States only.
