In 1948, Eterna advanced self-winding watch technology with the development of the Eterna-matic automatic movement. The use of five strategically placed ball bearings made the movement very efficient and significantly reduced friction and resistance on the oscillating weight that wound the mainspring.

At Jackson Jewelers, we provide complimentary insured shipping for all orders over $500.00. Orders can be placed at any time but we will not ship your item until payment has been verified. Once payment is verified, which may take up to 48 -72 hours, your watch will be shipped fully insured to ensure its safety during transit. To safeguard your purchase, a signature is required upon delivery, and shipments cannot be rerouted once shipped. Each item is insured against loss, theft, and damage, giving you peace of mind from the moment you order to the moment it arrives.

Delivery timelines for watches vary based on availability, with shipments handled through FedEx. Once your payment is verified, Jackson Jewelers will contact you to schedule your secure delivery of your new watch.

At Jackson Jewelers, we’ve been part of countless memorable moments for our customers. We understand that watches are often given for special occasions, such as birthdays, Christmas or life milestone celebrations. If you need assistance maintaining the element of surprise, let us know. We can arrange for special deliveries, including Saturday service or delivery on a specific date, by calling 503-363-5640. Saturday delivery is available for eligible locations for an additional $35-$100 based on value of item. Note: Saturday delivery is not always available.

Jackson Jewelers is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to Jackson Jewelers within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

 

Shipping Policy by Order Value

  • Orders of $500.00 or More: Shipped via FedEx Priority Express service at no additional charge. During peak periods or for no apparent reason, Express shipping may occasionally take up to 2-5 days. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Refer to the shipping schedule above.
  • Orders Below $500.00: Shipped with FedEx Standard service at a small fee. During peak periods or for no apparent reason, delivery may take up to 2-6 days. Jackson Jewelers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

All watches will be shipped fully insured for their purchase price, and a signature from an adult at the delivery address is required for delivery.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges for Your Watch Purchases:

At Jackson Jewelers, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your watch purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of the day you receive it. We aim to make the process as seamless as possible, with most returns and exchanges conveniently handled in person over the phone or by email. Please note that the return and exchange policy period begins once you receive your purchased item. Items on Layaway- Your 7 day return policy begins on the day you place your item on Layaway

For any unworn, undamaged product we offer an exchange or a full refund based on the original payment method. Please return all items in the same condition, with accessories, to the original point of sale. (By agreeing to the terms and conditions Jackson jewelers will make the final call as to whether the watch was worn and or shows sign of wear and therefore cannot be returned or sold as new again.)

Refunds will be processed within10 business days after inspection by our experts. If your purchase involved a trade-in item (watch, jewelry, or gold), the trade-in value will be refunded as in-store credit. If you paid the remaining balance in cash, Jackson Jewelers will refund up to $200 in cash, with the rest issued by company check. For credit card payments, the refund will be applied to the same card used for the purchase.

  • Please note, we cannot accept returns for personalized or engraved items, damaged, or worn products. In such cases, a restocking fee may apply or the item may be rejected.
  • Watches must be returned with the same number of links presented at purchase and accompanied by the warranty card.
  • Please note: If an item is purchased with a Shopping Promo Code at the point of checkout, the sale is final and cannot be exchanged or returned. In addition, if purchased in our On Sale collection, all sales are final. (final sale, non-returnable).

 

 

Exchanging Your Item for Another Item
As long as the item is within the 7 day return period and in unworn, new condition, you are allowed to return it in exchange for another item. The exchange can be for an item in-store, or we can review and order an item of your liking to be either delivered in-store or mailed to you. Comparative Purchasing

Comparative purchasing is purchasing multiple products with the intent of keeping one and returning the remainder. To maintain the high quality of our pieces and keep our prices competitive, comparative purchasing is not allowed. If we suspect an order is comparative, it may be blocked from shipping or returning.

Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was purchased. Once the returned item is received and verified, your refund will be processed. It may take 5–14 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Jackson Jewelers provides complimentary, insured expedited shipping for returns or sales of jewelry and watches. Once your return or sale has been approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure that your item is fully insured for its purchase or stated value.

Important: Ensure your sales team associate has your current email address to send the return label.

How to Ship Your Jewelry or Watch:

  1. Print Your Shipping Label: Ensure you have the prepaid label provided by us.
  2. Packaging Your Jewelry or Watch items:
  • Use two new, sturdy boxes (double boxing is required for insurance purposes).
  • Place your watch and any accessories (stickers, tags, warranty card, etc.) in the original box.
  • Place the original box into the larger outer box.
  • Affix the shipping label to the outer box.
  • Drop off your package at an official authorized FedEx staffed shipping facility. (Note: Walgreens, Dollar General, Staples, and similar locations are not authorized and will void the insurance. Contact us for help finding a location if needed. 
  • Include any promotional gifts received with your purchase.
  • Seal the box securely, mark out any old addresses or barcodes, and affix the FedEx label to the outside. Avoid indicating that the package contains valuable items.
  1. Returning Your Package:
  • Locate the nearest Official FedEx staffed shipping location (Click here to find nearest Authorized FedEx location.)
  • Obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment and for insurance purposes. Jackson Jewelers and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in FedEx Drop Boxes or non-FedEx staffed locations.

Each watch purchased with us is protected by either an OEM warranty or our Jackson Jewelers 2-Year Limited Warranty, unless specified otherwise. Jackson Jewelers 2-Year Limited Warranty

If any issue arises with a watch purchase featuring our 2-year limited watch warranty, and it occurs within the two-year period following the sale, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace any damaged components or correct any faulty item. Once a repair is completed, the watch will continue to be covered by the warranty from the original date of purchase from Jackson Jewelers.

 

Restrictions and Conditions: What Is Not Covered

Jackson Jewelers 2-year limited warranty does not cover pocket watches, quartz movement watches, straps, jewelry style watches, or accessories. Exclusions include minor time discrepancies, damage due to misuse (such as knocks, dents, scratches, or crush damage), water damage, and cracked or broken crystals. Repairs, alterations, or custom work performed without prior written consent from Jackson Jewelers will void the warranty, as will any unauthorized modifications or tampering. The warranty applies solely to the original buyer and is non-transferable. Jackson Jewelers is an independent retailer and is not authorized by brands like Rolex; our warranty is exclusive to Jackson Jewelers and does not extend to brand warranties unless still under OEM warranty. Additional exclusions include Un serviced parts, vintage watches (which may be difficult or impossible to repair due to part availability), and damage resulting from any third-party service or addition of non-original parts. Please confirm warranty coverage details at the time of purchase for all items.

 

Pre-Owned Watches Under Remaining OEM Warranty

OEM- Original Equipment Manufacturer

If the remaining OEM warranty on a timepiece Jackson Jewelers is selling is less than two years from the date of purchase, Jackson Jewelers will assume responsibility for the warranty under our 2-year limited warranty once the OEM warranty expires, covering the timepiece for up to two years from the date of purchase regardless of the OEM warranty expiration date.

For warranty claims on timepieces still under OEM warranty, Jackson Jewelers will submit the claims to the OEM for evaluation. The terms and conditions of the OEM's warranty will apply. If a watch returns from OEM service with an issue outside the scope of the OEM service warranty but within our two-year warranty period, we may, at our discretion, repair or replace the affected component.

Independent Watch Insurance

We strongly recommend securing independent insurance coverage to protect your watch from significant damage, loss, or theft. Having your watch insured offers valuable peace of mind.

One trusted option is Jewelers Mutual Insurance Group, a company that specializes exclusively in jewelry & watch insurance and has served the industry for over a century. For your convenience, we can provide a direct link to their application process.

However, Jewelers Mutual is just one option. If you already have a homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy, you may be able to add a watch rider or schedule your items through your existing insurance provider. We recommend reaching out to your insurance agent to discuss coverage options.

To obtain independent watch insurance—whether through Jewelers Mutual or your own insurance company—you will need to provide either:

·         A copy of your itemized sales receipt, or
