At Jackson Jewelers, battery replacement is available for Rolex watches, and for watches of any brand originally purchased at our store.

- All other brands - available only for watches purchased at Jackson Jewelers.

- On-the-spot replacement: not available, you'll need to leave your watch with us.

Do you offer watch battery replacement?
Yes. We replace batteries in Rolex watches for anyone, regardless of where the watch was purchased, including Oysterquartz models. For all other brands, battery replacement is available only on watches originally purchased at Jackson Jewelers.
Can you replace the battery in my Rolex?
Yes. Our Rolex service is open to anyone, whether you purchased the watch from us or not. Our watchmaker is Rolex-trained and we maintain a Rolex spare parts account, which covers Oysterquartz battery replacement as well as full service and repair.
Do you replace watch batteries on the spot?
No, we do not do on-the-spot watch battery replacement. You'll need to leave your watch with us.
How long does a watch battery replacement take?

We understand policies can change over time, and while exceptions may have happened in the past, our current policy is that battery replacement is available for Rolex watches and for other brands purchased at Jackson Jewelers.
