Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
To begin a return or exchange, please sign in to your account and submit a request through your order dashboard.
Start a Return or Exchange:
Access your account dashboard to request a return.
Once your request is submitted, a member of the Jackson Jewelers team will review your order and contact you to confirm eligibility before the return is authorized.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store must be returned or exchanged in person at Jackson Jewelers. (We use a different point of sale for all in store purchases)

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
Trade-In Transactions
If your purchase involved a trade-in item (including gold, watches, or jewelry), please note:
• Trade-in items are final and non-returnable under any circumstances.
• Once a transaction is completed, the original traded-in item cannot be guaranteed for return or recovery.
• If a refund is approved for a purchase involving a trade-in, the trade-in value will be issued as store credit only.
Payment Method Refunds
Credit Card Purchases
Refunds will be issued to the original card used for purchase.
A 3% restocking fee applies to returned purchases paid by credit card (online or in-store).
Cash Payments
Cash refunds are issued up to $200 in cash.
Any remaining balance will be refunded by company check.
Jackson Jewelers reserves the right to approve or deny any return based on item condition and eligibility.
