At Jackson Jewelers, we're dedicated to providing flexible payment solutions to suit your needs. We encourage you to discuss your preferred payment method with our sales team to find the option that best balances convenience, speed, and security for you.
Quick Guide
- Cash - accepted.
- Bank Wire - the quickest and most secure payment method.
- Credit/Debit Card - all major cards accepted (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express), through our website or with your sales representative.
- Watch Trades (Rolex only) - welcome toward any transaction, remaining balance settled using any of our other accepted payment methods.
- Gold, Platinum & Silver - accepted as trade-in credit toward a new purchase, custom design, made-to-order piece, or repair. We treat these metals as currency and offer a strong rate of return. We do not pay cash for metal trade-ins on the spot, credit only.
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, etc.) - not accepted yet, but we're working toward it, let us know if you're interested.
- Financing - available through Wells Fargo's Jewelry Advantage® Program, see our Financing policy for full details.
- Checks - accepted. Your item stays with us until the check is deposited and fully cleared, typically 7-10 days. Items are not released same-day for check payments.
- Same-day pickup: cash or card only. Wire, checks, financing, and trade-ins (gold or Rolex) all require processing time first.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank wire, credit and debit cards, Rolex watch trades, gold, platinum, or silver trade-ins, and financing through Wells Fargo. Checks are accepted on a limited basis, please contact us in advance. Feel free to contact us to discuss the best option for you.
Do you accept checks?
Yes, we accept checks. Your item will remain with us until the check has been deposited and fully cleared, which typically takes 7-10 days. We will not release the item on the same day of payment with a check.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we've partnered with Wells Fargo to offer financing through their Jewelry Advantage® Program. See our Financing policy for full details on terms, how to apply, and what to expect.
Do you accept cash?
Yes, we accept cash as a payment method.
Do you accept bank wire?
Yes. Bank wire is our quickest and most secure payment method.
Do you accept credit or debit cards?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express, as well as debit cards. You can pay this way either through our website or directly with your sales representative.
Can I trade in a watch toward my purchase?
Yes, for Rolex watches. We welcome Rolex trades toward any transaction, and any remaining balance can be settled using any of our other accepted payment methods.
Can I trade in gold, platinum, or silver toward my purchase?
Yes. We accept gold, platinum, and silver as trade-in credit toward a new purchase, custom design, made-to-order piece, or repair. We treat these metals as currency and offer a strong rate of return. We do not pay cash for metal trade-ins on the spot, this is credit toward a transaction only.
Do you buy gold, or pay cash on the spot for gold?
No, we do not pay cash on the spot for gold. We only accept gold as trade-in credit toward a new purchase, custom design, made-to-order piece, or repair.
Do you accept Bitcoin or other cryptocurrency?
Not at this time, but we're working toward accepting Bitcoin and other cryptocurrency in the future. If this is a payment method you'd be interested in using, please let us know, we'd love to hear your feedback.
What payment methods let me take my item home the same day?
Cash and credit/debit card are your best options for same-day pickup, no waiting required.
Bank wire and checks do not qualify for same-day pickup. Wire transfers need time to be confirmed, and checks require 7-10 days to fully clear before your item is released.
Financing can work for same-day pickup, but plan for some time to complete the application and approval process, please don't wait until the last minute if same-day matters to you.
Gold and Rolex trade-ins also take time and are not same-day, gold and metal trade-ins require evaluation, and Rolex trades require our full authentication process before any value is applied.
