Custom Design Policy (V2)

At Jackson Jewelers, a custom design order is a one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for you from the ground up. This process involves a detailed consultation, a digital design rendering for your review and approval, and production by our design team. Custom design orders are final sale and non-returnable.

The Process - Every custom design begins with a detailed consultation. Our team will work closely with you to document all design specifications including metal type, stone preferences, finger size, and any other relevant details. Taking the time to get every detail right at this stage ensures the best possible outcome for your custom piece. Once your specifications are confirmed, Jackson Jewelers will produce a digital design rendering for your review. You are welcome to request adjustments prior to final approval. Once you are satisfied with the design and have given final approval, your order moves into production.

 

Deposit - A nonrefundable deposit of 50% of the total order value is required at the time of final design approval before production begins. Your approval of the design and payment of the deposit confirms your order and authorizes Jackson Jewelers to begin production.

 

Timeline - Custom design orders typically take 4–6 weeks from the time production begins. Timelines may occasionally shift due to circumstances outside of our control. Our team will keep you informed and work to ensure your piece is completed as efficiently as possible.

 

Cancellation - Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible and the deposit is nonrefundable. In rare circumstances where production has not yet begun, a cancellation and refund may be considered at the sole discretion of Jackson Jewelers management. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed.

 

Fulfillment - Upon completion, every custom piece is carefully inspected by our team before we contact you. The remaining balance of 50% is due at the time of fulfillment, either in store or online prior to shipping. Shipping is available and follows our standard shipping policy.

 

Final Note - Custom design orders are made specifically for you and are final sale. They are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. By proceeding with a custom design order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
