Made to Order / Special Order at Jackson Jewelers
At Jackson Jewelers, what you see in our collection is just the beginning. Many of the rings, bracelets, necklaces, and other pieces in our showroom and on our website can be made to order in different metal colors, sizes, and configurations. If you love a piece but want it in rose gold instead of white gold, or need it in a specific size, chances are we can make that happen for you.
What Can Be Made to Order
The most common made to order options include metal color and finger size. Most of the brands we carry offer their pieces in yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, and platinum, though availability varies by brand and style. If you see something you love and want to know what options are available, just ask us — we are happy to look into it for you.
For more significant changes such as band width, setting style, or design modifications, those requests may fall into custom design territory. We will always let you know what is possible and point you in the right direction.
How It Works
Made to order pieces are built specifically for you, which means they are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. A 50% deposit is required to place your order, with the remaining balance due at pickup or prior to shipment. Most made to order pieces are ready within two to six weeks, with four weeks being the most common turnaround. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your piece is ready.

At Jackson Jewelers we offer two distinct paths for clients looking for something beyond what is ready to leave the case today.
Made to Order / Special Order — You have found something you love in our collection but need it in a different metal color, size, or configuration. Maybe you saw the perfect ring in white gold but want it in yellow gold, or you need a specific finger size that is not in stock. We work with our designers and brand partners to have it built to your specifications. This is still the designer's piece — just made for you.
Custom Design — You have a vision for something that does not exist yet. Maybe you have a stone you want to build around, a sketch on your phone, or an idea that has been in your head for years. Custom design is a collaborative process where we bring your concept to life from the ground up — your vision, our craftsmanship, built entirely from scratch.
